We’re looking for an experienced acquisition marketing manager to join our marketing team at Nisa. Since Nisa was acquired by Co-op, we’ve focused on combining the best of both organisations to offer something new to independent retailers and commercial wholesalers across the UK.

Trials Manager

You’ll drive the delivery of the trials and pilots annual plan, making sure temporary change lands well with partners with minimal impact to their business. We’ll look to you to develop and deliver trials which are robust, have clear and well-articulated measures of success, and are delivered within parameters that can clearly identify and demonstrate benefit and ROI.

Business Intelligence Developer

As a BI developer, we’ll look to you to develop complex Power BI dashboards that will be used to provide insight into business performance. You’ll work closely with our finance team to really understand their data and processes, so you can then build reports and dashboards that provide highly commercial and measurable insight. It’s a big job. But it’s one in which you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in our journey to improve the quality of insight and analytical capability.

In this role you’ll be part of the team that prepares and provides analysis, insight and support to the retail and operations departments. We’ll look to you to help us deliver allocated annual net retail recruitment targets by working with your allocated recruitment manager to drive organic growth of our current partner base, converting prospects into new partners. First Line IT Support Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated first line IT support analyst to join our IT EPOS service desk team and help us to make sure our high standards of support continue. The team specialise in the installation, support and training of Nisa’s inhouse Epos solution and ordering website. In this role you’ll be investigating technical enquiries, and escalating incidents where appropriate. If you have excellent communication skills with a professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure, this could be your ideal role. Development and training are at the heart of what we do, there are opportunities to progress into higher level technical (2nd line, development, testing etc). or managerial roles.
